I have been going to Haircut Headquarters for 8 years and have never received a bad haircut. Infact, Eloisa gives the best bald fade in the East Bay. Eloisa is the only person I trust to cut my hair and I won't go anywhere else.

I’ve been going to Hair Cut Head Quarters since they opened. I’ve always received good hair cuts there and reasonable prices. For the past couple of years I’ve been getting with Homa. I always for her cause she cuts my hair well. Pleasant hair stylist and makes me feel comfortable. Oma did an amazing job with my hair!! She was so quick with everything and gave me exactly what I wanted! Having really long and curly hair it's hard to find a good place to get it cut but Oma was amazing and gave me the perfect amount of layers and real curtain bangs! Can't recommend this place enough if you end up going ask for Oma she's amazing!!
